NexusPE provides a Minecraft Bedrock Edition server with various game modes and features. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the service at any time.

3. User Conduct

You agree to use the service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to use the service:

  • In any way that violates any applicable federal, state, local, or international law or regulation
  • To transmit, or procure the sending of, any advertising or promotional material
  • To impersonate or attempt to impersonate NexusPE, a NexusPE employee, another user, or any other person or entity
  • To engage in any other conduct that restricts or inhibits anyone's use or enjoyment of the service

4. Intellectual Property

The service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by NexusPE and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.

5. User Content

Our service allows you to post, link, store, share and otherwise make available certain information, text, graphics, videos, or other material. You are responsible for the content that you post on or through the service.

6. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to our service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall NexusPE, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
